Full custom sublimated items can take 4-6 weeks upon closing the store for production and delivery.

A minimum of 5 hats per shop needed to complete hat orders. (If 5 hat minimum not met, refunds will be processed for hat orders)

Due to the customization of these items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges. No returns.
